YAM FRY

Ingredients :

Yam : 1/2 kg
Dry red chilli : 4
Tamarind : Little
Rice flour : 2 spoons
Salt for taste
Refined oil

Preparation :

Boil yam in the pressure cooker and leave 2 whistles.Then peel the skin of the yam and cut it in circular shape.Keep it aside.In a mixie grind dry red chilli,tamarind and salt.Add this to yam and then add rice flour.Mix it thoroughly.Heat refined oil in a fry pan and fry yam pieces to golden brown.Crisp yam fry is ready to serve.
